Dear Team,
I have purchase Note 20 ultra 20 days before but it has a touch issue and apps freezing issues. When I visit on Service Center they are not ready to accept problems..

I ordered my Note 20 Ultra from Samsung and received it today.I have similar issue , occasionally it fails to register touch , my old S10 plus feels responsive than Not 20 Ultra. I will talk to Samsung Smart and return this device.
