Note 20 ultra camera problem

Camera focuses only on the middle. While taking photos of a document, the camera focuses only in the center part. Didn't expect this from 1 lakh phone. Need a replacement.

This is how cameras work bro. They can focus on one place not on everything visible on screen.

Btw there is a in built scan feature in camera app which scans the whole paper after detection of paper with AI.
See screenshot. (You have to touch "Tap to scan")

Tap the area where you want the focus to be.. That's how it always worked. Please provide an example of your issue

I just bought the Note 20 Ultra and the focusing issues on documents is ridiculous! I take lots of pictures of documents and they are always blurry. The focus is so narrow on this phone. I'm so disappointed. My Note 10 plus never had this issues. BTW the scan feature doesn't work either. It's just as blurry it makes it more blurry. If this is the quality of pictures for a $1400 dollar phone I'm switching to something else. Which is upsetting because I'm a diehard Note fan!

I agree. This should be a feature that I can turn on or off. It's very frustrating when I have to take so many pictures of documents a day and then at the end of the day while doing my paper work all the photos are blurry except at the cent of the photo.

My tap to scan option is not working... it throws an error after continuous try... please see the screenshot to get the error report which is automatically stored in Samsung notes evertime i tried the tap to scan feature...
