Is anyone else facing finger print sensor issue on Note 20 ? In my case it fails 3 out of 5 times to regognize the finger print, will software update regarding this help ?

May be because of that remove and try
And re -register your fingerprint

Seems like the issue caused my screen protector.
Not all screen protectors are good with underdisplay fingerprint scanners.
So try without screen protector.

Yes, I used many screen protectors but there was an issue with the display touch sensor, so my friend recommended me Gadgetshieldz screen protector for me and I installed it with liquid as they provide in the pack. Now I don't have any fingerprint sensor issues or touch issues because it sticks well to the display.

I got same problem in note 10 but not because of software or hardware issue. The problem occurs to me because my thumb finger skin is peel out and skin drying due to winter that why my phone is unable to recognizing my fingerprint.

Clean the fingerprint module. ...
Check if the fingerprint module is well connected. ...
Restart your device. ...
Update your software. ...
Wipe System cache. ...
Recalibrate the fingerprint. ...
Reset your device.
