note 20 ultra 5g (INS) - > Exynos 990 (7 nm+) -> Exynos Modem 5123 ( am i correct so far?)

https://semiconductor.samsung.com/processor/modem/exynos-modem-5123/

extracts from above link

"5G networks are fast expanding as service providers are beginning to deploy standalone networks for faster, more reliable connections. Unlike non-standalone networks (NSA), which utilize existing 4G infrastructure along with 5G connectivity, standalone (SA) networks are built from the ground up for 5G to power the full deployment of smart, connected services. Exynos Modem 5123 supports both SA and NSA networks to deliver not just faster data transfer speeds but all the benefits of 5G connectivity."

"5G NRSub-6GHz, mmWaveNSA/SA"

i understand some jio settings have to be pushed to the modem response. i know its not so simple but come on , paid for a premium phone. You cant even provide service for that??? and all left and right answers from your unprofessional helpline staff are telling the customers of note 20 utra 5g from what i can see in the posts   this site only, remember we are not going to upgrade to the lastest s23 ultra if that's what you are waiting for many to happen, rather buy a non Samsung phone and save ourselves money , time and headache.

In the modem specification samsung didn't mention any 5G bands! For example budget model F23 has 12 5G bands on SA/NSA. I think samsung hiding something with Exynos Modem 5123.

Samsung has screwed us over. We spent more than a lakh rupees to get the note 20 ultra. If Jio 5g won't work in it, then I say let's return the favor. Screw Samsung and move to Apple. No point being loyal to a fraudulent, unethical brand that does not care for its customers. #BoycottSamsung

I got a reply from Samsung and they said it will not support SA 5G. It's their fault for not mentioning it clearly in the specs.
