Hello guys I bought Samsung Galaxy Note 20 ultra on 25th Aug 2020, since then I am not satisfied,  as Over heating of phone is untolarable, even if I use camera for 5 mins & normally also it gets heated, Battery drain is an another issue...

i am facing same problems in my note 20 ultra if i use 8k video resolution or ar doodle features in cameras its get heated very much immediately & also facing battery drain issue...( please reply bro what u did replacement or return)

none of that is possible, as exceeded period of Exchange & Return... Done complaint about the same, they are saying software update is on the way, it will get solved....

There is no solution and there will be no Solution. Better to return it and buy Note 10+.

Return bro I have used S20+ for 5 months and that series have common issues like heating, camera performance, lags while normal stuff (Those issues are on Note 20 too because of Exynos 990) and waited for a fix for 5 months. But there was not a fix and have to fight a long battle with samsung to get my money back.

If you can, you should return it and buy a Note 10+.

for me everything is fyn..camera also..no heating..may be ur device!

Agree. Phone does get hot even during normal camera usage. Also remember that it could be due to heat dissipation from the cooling system. Waiting for software update to fix these issues for exynos
