Note 20 Ultra heating issues

My phone is heating enormously. The battery is also draining very fast. Is there option for refund? Please inform

After initial disappointment now I am getting almost 5.5 hrs SOT as I am now on medium power saving mode with so called adaptive 120hz motion smoothness. it still heats up even after taking just 3-4 snaps forget videos. Hopefully the heating issues will be sorted by a SW update
