Well still facing bettery draining issue and touch response is not good , after disconnecting the phone call caller screen display is responding very slow means it's like stuck on that scree ....I pressed so many times then phone disconnects...this problem I'm facing since last 2 months and still front facing camera in low light conditions is worst ....please kindly fix this

yes that call screen issue is there for long time. after finishing the call when we try to cut the call it doesnt disconnect immediately and takes lot of time and it goes to next screen. I sent error response. as usual samsung responded to simply clear cache, told we need several time, but still it doesnt work properly. God only knows when Samsung app developer understand our issue and rectify.

that's why I purchased iphone XS Max for daily use and Note10+ for my secondary phone ....and I'm really happy after that decision

have you activated WiFi calling feature.. it happens only with WiFi calling feature active

To resolve the battery issue please follow the troubleshooting steps provided in the given link: http://www.samsung.com/in/support/skp/faq/1101689

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

> Perform the interactive check of touch (Samsung member>>Get help>>Interactive check>>touch)

> Run the device in safe mode and check the issue

> Ensure 20% of internal memory of device is free (Scroll down notification panel > Setting > Device maintenance > storage)
