Using samsung phones last 14 years and all flagships.....i found nowadays after 1 year of software updates they update phone os with decresing camera quality and performance.....my note 10 plus now 2 yrs old and some security patches decreased my camera quality and performance....updated yesterday and phone become laggy and the camera starts  a filmi blur......samsung never do this (all brands doing this)  

 buying a premium phone yearly is not possible....

Y don't you try downgrading to stable version.

Step1: From the home screen tap on Camera.
Step2: Tap on Settings.
Step3: Scroll up and tap on Reset settings.
Step4: Tap on Reset.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback >Ask questions).
