Recent update cannot boot into recovery mode.

Use the power and volume down key, phone constantly boots until you release either power or volume down keys. Upon releasing either keys phone boots normal with wifi issues.

After recent update wifi does not work in certain apps such as Google Chrome. Reset cache in the settings for wifi and Bluetooth. Still didn't not solve the problem.

Use mobile data works fine. Test WiFi and same apps in other Samsung phone. It works fine. Tested in other devices works fine.

Need to boot in recovery to try wipe the cache or partition. Worse case reset the phone. Please advise

It changed with Android 11, now you need to plug the USB-C / micro-USB cable along with the combination buttons (Press & Hold the Power and Volume Up button)

you can enter recover mode by doing this
connect ur device to pc by usbc cable
and make sure ur device is visible in computer as logged in
turn off ur device with the cable connected to pc
and now hold power up and switch on button together until the recovery menu pops up
