Note 10 plus at its worst

There is no proper fixing of glue at the back panel. (auro design ) glue has been frozen (lost its strength) within 1year 8 months...no physical damage to phome..its due to heat caused   glue has been frozen.

Now the back panel is coming out again and again as there is no glue at back panel.

 Does samsung resolve this issue.??

Premium phone tells samsung for note 10 plus can't they afford to fix a proper glue at back panel..

Lost hope in samsung for these cheap phones..

Better to buy some other company phone than this samsung..

Samsung double check and only ships if damage happen there is return policy and warranty

@alenwithgalaxy there is no repair done officially or unofficially.

The problem is with glue at back panel. I had approached service center they told this happens because of heating issue.

Customer Care supervisor tells its out of their policy.

@Alenwithgalaxy don't you feel pitty buying such a premium smartphone which peels of glue due to internal heat..???
Is this premium smart phones stands for which costs 80k ?? Better to buy an apple or any other phones ..

After this i got ota update spen frequently disconnects and then after 12-13 day my display fade problem black look greyish everything looked wash out my phone is 1.6 yrs old i don't know what to do please help anyone
Format/resetted phone multiple times nothing happen.

Yes even it happens in white model also, when contacted service centre they asked for 1600rs

Same happened with my note10plus but due to battery swelling within 8 months of usage.
Firstly they said it is due to heat or something or u did unofficial repair that's why the back glass is coming off and then they checked that the battery was swollen that caused it coming out off frame (why would I repair a galaxy Note unofficially which is even under warranty, and not even after out of warranty, too much convincing was done here to make them believe that I've not done unofficial repairs like others did there). Now its at service centre since 15 days, no battery replacement done till now and they need more 4-5 days for the battery to arrive and complete the repair. Utmost care was taken with the phone specially with charging the device like proper charger and cable still manufacturing defect banged up but didn't shown any symptoms like heating, drain or performance problem etc. Thank god that it didn't explode. I asked the service centre person what is the reason behind this issue then he said in a bad tone "apko bata denge toh theek kar loge kya"

Even i faced the same issue and almost at the same period after buying the phone. I never noticed that the glue has become weak, as the phone was water resistant i took the phone in the pool for some pictures and that too for just few minutes, after that water went inside the display and the display got damaged, after that incident i went to service center near me, there the executive said that you may be using soo much of sanitizer because the back panel of your phone came out very easily.
The new display costed me around 20k that too without any warranty.

I will surely go with an iPhone for the next purchase because Samsung is not worth at all.
