Note 10 plus S Pen DISCONNECTED Error

After recent update of note 10 plus,  S Pen Disconnected Error still not solved.

Anybody have solved this problem. 

Kindly provide the solution.

Reset s pen
Have u used any other s pen if so use option allow multiple s pen
Else it could be that the charging of s pen is low hence proximity detection is poor
Okay wait did u update without the s pen inside the slot
U could try resetting s pen or factory reset the phone backing up all ur data beforehand with s pen inside the phone

I reset manytimes but it doesn't works. Yet not tried factory reset.

Everytime factory reset and data backup is not solution...give us another solution...because i already did it but problem not solved..

I just updated to June patch yesterday but the pen was inside all time because the update of phone software somehow involves the s pen interface software too
