Note 10 plus Camera - Color banding issue

I've tested my note 10 plus with iphone 11. Took almost similar shot on both phone using their primary camera and default auto settings. The iphone image comes out with almost no banding. But at the same time note 10 plus having huge color banding and crush in the picture. I think note 10 plus only having 8 hit color space and even in RAW image we can easily find this issue.  Samsung need to work on it and improve the post processing algorithm.

This problem is there even when you watch Netflix or Amazon Prime or some download movie(clearly visible in 1080P).

I believe what you are saving would be a valid point, even i had this issue but thought i was only facing this issue. I think this can be fixed via ota update.

Hi there,

To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:

>Camera > Settings of camera > Reset of camera settings.

>Settings > apps > tap on 3 dots > show system apps > camera > storage > clear cache.

> Check your device issue in Safe mode

>Check for the latest device O/S (Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).

hello Samsung _support2, All the very basic steps you have given. I tried all the steps. I've sent error report also with log. but no response.
