Note 10 plus 5g not updating to Android 12

I got my Note 10 plus 5g from dubai. But its not showing any update here in India. When i go to Software update n click on Download n Install, it does nothing no matter what i do. I removed sim, tried with Wifi n Mobile data n reset to factory settings twice... Tried with Samsung Switch. 

And Last Update option is greyed out.

Samsung needs to help us as to how can we download the latest Android 12 update.

Sorry, In thay case flashing with Odin is the only option left. But thats a totally risky process.

Samsung support is so poor... in this 21st Century when we are at peak of the technology era, we are struggling to even get our phone software updated.... more challenging n disappointing is the POOR brand support. You can't help the customer update a software remotely? Thats truly disgusting...

I went to Samsung Service Centre at HSR, Bangalore. They denied helping me with software update saying they cannot help. This is disgusting. Such a world known brand and such a poor service. This is really not acceptable. We pay so much for the product to get a brand value but at the end this is what we get.
I'M REALLY DISAPPOINTED...
