Note 10 lite front camera only 5.2 mp

I can't understand my note 10 lite showing front camera only 5.2 MP but as per specification it 32 MP . The picture quality is worst 😭 is it software problem or hardware . Please help anyone .

wide angle mode image regulation only 3648*1640 means around 5.9 MP . I can't understand what to do . as all service point is off now

you do one thing. just reset the camera setting. check the camera megapixel. even after it shows only 5.2. then simply return the device.
