Note 10+ has not received software update

I have received a software update at all since I purchased the phone.. my husband purchased the same phone the same day and he has received over 5 updates. My phone is slow, and isn't as accurate as his is. I've reached out to samsung, I've also tried samsung switch and still NOTHING.

Then only way is you should visit service center if its opened.

visit samsung care and ask them for software update.Even I faced the same issue.After visiting customer care now i am getting regular updates.
