Note 10 plus is a cheap and bogus device. GUYS PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE NOTE SERIES. I M USING NOTE 10 PLUS, PURCHASED JUST ONE MONTH BACK. AND I HAD TO GET MY CHARGING POINT CHANGED FROM SERVICE CENTER BY PAYING RS. 2178.
CHARGING POINT HAD MOISTURE DETECTED ERROR, WHEN MY PHONE HAD NO CONTACT WHATSOEVER WITH WATER OR ANY LIQUID. EVEN IF WE CONSIDER THAT IT HAD SOME CONTACT WITH WATER..IT DAMAGED THE PORT TO THE EXTENT THAT IT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED.. THEN WHT IS THIS IP68 RATINGS..ALL BOGUS RATINGS..AND THIS IS TO THE FLAGSHIP TOP END MODEL OF SAMSUNG.
I am a user of Samsung smartphones from the days of galaxy s2. I didn't face any problems with their phones . Everytime they innovate and bring smartphones to next level. Currently I am using note 10 plus.No other phone can come close to this great phone in terms of functionality and quality till note 20.
i was also a loyal samsung customer but the recent experience with Note 10 plus and samsung service center is making me think otherwise. iPhones are better in terms of quality and service. For instance you can purchase iphone from anywhere in the world and it gets covered under international warranty. I expected premium service with premium top end model, sadly what i got was a reply "Not Under Warranty"
