Galaxy NoteI'm also suffering from the same problem with the same phone and since April as well.
Whenever I start the camera while it's facing the floor, it starts vibrating and the photo is blurry but if I rotate my phone so that the camera is facing the wall, it stops vibrating.
also if I make it autofocus on any close object, it stops vibrating.
The main point is that it only and only happens when the camera is started while it's facing the floor and when it is moved it stops these vibrations.
I have tried to reset the camera / delete the cache but it didn't help.
