Note 10 + Exynos getting unbearably hot

Hello all,

I just love samsung even though it makes an absolutely over priced and a **bleep** phone at the same time. I would have loved it even more had it created a phone which would not get so so hot that i had to put it on airplane mode. All i was doing was stream music using YouTube music on a Bluetooth device using a 4G connection. With screen off. I could feel the heat even through the cover and the batter drained from 95 percent to 77 in just over an hour. Why samsung can you not put decent cpus. No one is asking for the fastest cpu. Just a one that does all the work without being so 🔥.  I might switch to iPhone now, after having had put up with S5, S6 edge, S8 and now Note 10+ i will leave samsung. What are your thoughts?  Any tips for me ?

just wait for next year because geekbench score of exynos 1000 > snapdragon 875 in both single core and multicore
both are using 1+3+5 cores but primary core is different in both thats why exynos gona ditch Qualcomm

yes brother i also saw that. but why do i feel i would still want the Snapdragon version. Why i think Exynos can never be like the Sd chipsets, let alone the apple's bionic ones. All in all, a 80k device manufacturer should not get away with it. I know theres no point now but still. i get sad man sometimes due to this. most times i am happy.

This is not normal, get your device checked at a service center. Exynos 9825 was on par with the SD 855+. Ge your device checked.

Was it ? I did a basic research and always found out that sd > Exynos in all categories. half an hour Netflix and now my battery stands at 63. i will get it checked.

I never faced such issue in my note 10+. It only happens when I play pubg in max settings on mobile data

You have an exynos model ? I will get my device checked at Samsumg. There is some issue with my unit i think. Why does this happen to me. Apple it is from next time.

Yes I have exynos.. I don't think I will ever try an apple phone in my life. Doesn't appeal to me :)
