Not able to charge Note 10+ after Android 11 Update

Hello,

I can't charge my phone Note 10+ after Android 11 Update.
Phone show me that the charge is not OK, even If the charger is 45W original charger from Samsung.
I try also with another charger 25W and not also not charge.

It's a big issue for me because I'm working with it.

Please tell me what I can do to resolve the issue.

I have the same problem with my Note. After installing the last update it seems that the charging protocol wont work correctly. I tried different chargers and wireless charger. Mainly the USB charging has problems.

Is there an update or fix for this?

I guess your usb port is faulty, it's better to visit service center.

I guess not.
Because I've done yesterday a factory reset and it's work normally for some hours.
Otherwise, the problem appears again...

Did you try wireless charging? If that works and wired doesn't work, then may be an issue with the charging port.

I had to buy a wireless charger just to unlock myself since I use my phone to work too.
I guess also that isn't a usb charging port.
Because I've done yesterday a factory reset and it's work normally for some hours.
Otherwise, the problem appears again...

I already do all theat you indicate in your website's link and it doesn't help me.

I had to buy also a wireless charger just to unlock myself since I use my phone to work too.
I guess also that isn't a usb charging port.

I already sent an "error report" to you and the only feedback that I had was to move to the samsung center to see with them and doing nothing for me.


Can you indicate to me how to back to the android 10? because the problem is in your UI 3.0 version and not a hardware issue !

I am extremely disappointed with the samsung service, especially since I had to buy a phone for 1200Euros (just one year ago) and a wireless charger for 60Euros just to charge my phone.
Note that I can no longer use my phone with my PC to work or even with my AKG (USB) headphones.

I'm waiting for a solution from you, this is what I could call a service.
