Facing an issues after last update

Hello,
I received an notification to update one UI 4.1 (Android Version 12)
Updated success fully then noticed few issues which is noticed after an update such as app search option from app drawer cant open app after search results specially any app. I already reported error but not getting any reply from otherside.
Other then that one more serious issue i noticed is changing issue ( not some time it shows fast charging but won't charge even 2% after 15-20 min including not showing full charge time that how long it will take to charge completely
Please share if anyone has noticed such issues or any other that I didn't know yet after an update.

Post upgrade issue has been seen in almost all devices. Either you can wait for resolving updates or go to an authorized samsung center and degrade back to android 11.

Already had Android 12 but this One UI 4.1 updated 2 days back and issue noticed...hope they resolve in upcoming update as soon as possible
