Not able to charge Note 10+ after Android 11 Update

Hello,

I can't charge my phone Note 10+ after Android 11 Update.
Phone show me that the charge is not OK, even If the charger is 45W original charger from Samsung.
I try also with another charger 25W and not also not charge.

It's a big issue for me because I'm working with it.

Please tell me what I can do to resolve the issue.

I already try to charge it with many charger (fast or super fast) but not OK.
I always have the same issue...
I have also many of my professional data on it, so I can't do the factory reset.

backup use Samsung account and do factory reset or put ur mobile in ultra saving mode and visit service center tomorrow

How can I put my mobile in ultra saving mode?
The mobile is already Off :(
