Non-functional Microphone of Note8

I cannot make phone call with my newly purchased Note8. I can hear caller's voice but my caller cannot hear my voice. Bixby does not respond.

I logged error report since 04 Dec. Other than acknowledgement, I do not see any response from Samsung. I expect a quick solution.
