No written data showing after I reset

I already backup everything including Samsung notes and Callander but not showing anything 

So many important things were on the Callander

How did you backed up? On cloud or SmartSwitch?
Try restoring Notes and Calendar after loging in with the samsung account.

I haven't tried cloud backed before.

I wasn't able to restore samsung notes before I logged into samsung account when I used SmartSwitch for backup. Then I restored again after logging into samsung account and it worked.
