Hi Samsung Team

I'm waiting for the update for my Note 9 series since 2 years there is no update and im finding difficulty in installing new apps as its not allowing me and it says my phone is not capable of getting it installed. 

Please release it ASAP.

I have spent 70K on this phone , just after 4 years do u think i have spent again. Instead i would have bought phone.under 10k

Because this phone will never going to get updates any more this phone's update cycle is complete only two years of software update it can get not more than that try doing research because instead of saying these kinds of nonsense

I am maintaining the decency over here just get research a bit note 9 will never get more updates this the truth if it hurts you then I dont care about just google it if you don't believe me note 9 will no longer receive updates any more it's update cycle was only two years there will no more updates that is why I said you to get the new phone rather than asking samsung about the update samsung will no longer provide you updates not even the next android update and even security patches so please get a new phone it will no longer get any more updates

Yes i understand spend 70k is no joke but that is the policy of samsung before s10 the update cycle was only 2 years after s10 they pushed it to 3 and then with s20 they pushed to 4 and with s24 ultra they pushed to 7 years of update

Phone which was launched in 2018 will no longer get any more updates the note 9 and s9 was supposed to get only two major updates that is android 9 and 10 there will be no more updates beyond this point so that is why said you get a new phone and it's about time
