most likely, if you're using a battery bought from the local market..with fake "Samsung" logo. Get 3rd party battery from Anker..I bought one from Amazon USA and it works fine.

but i didn't change my battery bt recently my phone got wet after heavy rain. After that the issue occured. i done factory reset but nothing work for me

We do apologize for the inconvenience caused as the NFC toggle not working. NFC stands for Near-field communication which is used to transfer data with NFC supported device. Please follow the below steps to fix the issue:
- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences.
- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.
- If still issue persists, we would suggest you to visit nearby Samsung Service Centre in order to get your device physically inspected by the service engineer. Please find service centre details in the link provided -http://www.samsung.com/in/support/servicelocation
