New Feature in Note 10 Lite

Can Anyone Explain How this feature works? After today's Update in Note 10 lite it automatically added in notification panel.

Thanks a lot.
It basically means if we don't have access to our phone we can message or call through our another Samsung Device/Tab.

Ya,But this feature is not useful for me , as I don't use any other Samsung Device apart from my Note 10 Lite.
