Sir once you type a password different from the actual one it will prompt with forgot password, you may reset with samsung account. If you find this as a solution please choose accept solution in the three dots in right corner of this window
Sir then press and hold the secure folder app,select app info and in the menu list you will have the memory, try clearing the cache and not the data. Chances are there that few runtime logs will be in cache and may prevent the application to behave little erratic. It might prompt for forgot password.
