I need a help from you guys!

Is there anybody using Galaxy note 8   

(under warrenty) from Mumbai? 

Because my s-pen got broken automatically and the earphone get ripped off,  I already twitted about it, but it cost me more than 13k for the replacement. 

 Anybody having note 8 (under warranty) can help me with it please!
