On Samsung member app, Note9 received November updates, but why it's not for all Note9. My last update is June, after no any update.

Actually samsung provides regular updates only for 3 years from date of launch of the phone...
If your phone comes into this circumstance, then it won't receive any major update...

Actually some devices have received the November security update. If you can't get it, then you can download using a pc and Smartswitch app or update it from service center. Security updates are important.
