Galaxy NoteFirst time we are facing this kind of issues in note 10 plus
Samsung definitely want to release quick release of update to bring back the note 10 plus to its real performance

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
To resolve camera issue follow these steps:-
1. Reset camera Settings. Camera > Settings > Reset Settings > Tap on Reset(Reset all settings to their default)
2. Check device in safe mode: Power off the device>Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device>When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.
Note : To exit safe mode, restart the device.
If issue still persist or for further assistance, kindly register your concern in Samsung members app (Samsung Member > Get help > send feedback > Ask question/Error report)
