When did note 8 get dual volte support

Galaxy Note 8 won't receive Dual VoLTE update, it requires special hardware to work. Note 8 doesn't have the hardware for Dual VoLTE.

1. VoLTE is software

answer : No , VoLTE needs a specific hardware in device than which can be activted by both software and carrier . it requires three things hardware , CSC software for VoLTE and carrier end activation

as note 8 in some region has no dual volte hardware

so it is impossible to get dual volte on it
