lo Team,
Unable to connect to mobile networks on their Galaxy Note 8 after installing the July 2020 Android security patch.

Sim Card not detected.
IMEI Unknown
Base Band version Unknown
Mobile Network's option disappeared
Unable to login Samsung members
Unable to connect Samsung services
"Unable to connect server" over wifi for Samsung resources.

reset the phone and check again

Done with all validation and resolution steps shared by customer care
deleting network setting's
rebooting
factory reset...etc

Yes ofcourse. This solution is given by samsung itself. If you have pc / laptop do it.
