Flase promises and customer exploitation... What else they can do..!! New updates new headache. No timely security patchs. I am regrating note 20 Ultra purchase. Very unprofessional treatment.
No faster updates from Samsung India for Note 20 Ultra - which is definitely a bad, unprofessional thing.
But I'm not getting any 'heating issue' like you mentioned...I'm also on March patch.
- Check if some unwanted functions are ON by swiping down notification panel.
- Check for any apps that keep running in background or 3rd party apps (download apps only from Play Store). You can also put apps to Deep sleep that you don't need notifications from (usually games are a good choice for this).
- Wipe Cache from Recovery. Or take backup then Factory Reset if not done after OS change.
- Maintain battery charging cycle between 20 to 85%
