Bro, go to settings>app>click 3 dots at top>select
samsung device health manager services and select it>clear data and then charge your device>use it for sometime and try again

turn off auto date and time and put previous date and check battery chart after that u can turn on auto date and time

If you updated it on one ui 3 it will not be there search on internet on SAMMOBILE website there is solutions of it.
