My note 9 showing yellowish color when its get unlock..Please advise is that a software problem or my phone display problem..please help me i am facing this issue since 1 month.
Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:
Check device in safe mode: Using Safe Mode on a Samsung phone or tablet allows you to force the device to run the essential operating system, and disable most 3rd party applications.
Enter safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears.>Press and hold the power off icon.
Exist safe mode: Press volume down and power key simultaneously for 5 seconds to restart the device.
Note: If your device functions correctly in Safe Mode, it is most likely that the issue lies with a 3rd party application that can be uninstalled to resolve the problem.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue)
Enter safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears.>Press and hold the power off icon.
Answer: I tried everything.But the issue still exist.Even i tried hard reset No solution.below 20 %Brightness its working perfectly.If i increase the brightness its showing yellowih color and tints.I saw alot of complaints in samsung Community.Its suddenly happend after android 10 March updation.Now i cant use this phone.Its should be a software bug.Kindly inform the software team to solve the issue.Its not only in note 9 also exist in Note 10 and S20 models.Kindly do something its been 2 month almost now.In this period i recieved 2 updation and its not resolve this issue.Please do some thing
Don't take again samsung mobile..Now they are washing their hands and telling its out out of warranty we should pay the display replacement charge around 200 Us Dollar .I contacted samsung customer care and i submitted my phone into service center .They are telling i should pay the money for the display change..What a business trick.I am going to case a file in consumer court and i have all the documents from starting.me and anybody from my family will not buy a samsung phone in my life time again.....Samsung electronics are not trust worthy.
This is the last Samsung mobile I will be using in my life. I am going to switch to One Plus. Samsung is fooling the people and no value for the money.
