Galaxy Note1. Keep it in the sun in shut off condition for 4-5 hours as battery is still active inside.
2. At night put it in a bag of rice as rice draws moisture.
3. Use a hair dryer to blow air into the spen socket, charging port, speak grill .
Don't turn your phone on unless you are sure all moisture is dried up
Lastly visit SC for repairs. Good luck
Your whole phone drowned in water so in my opinion just visit SC to get it repaired. Nothing will help
