I want to share that this 68K device just broked in threw days ... as it slipped from my pocket accidentaly... and the black glass is broken badly and my chrome is damaged it is not worth it.... and i am quite disappointed from the service of samsung ur cover which uh send in the box didnt saved my phone in anyways.... i m giving uh guys 68 K and uh are giving me piece of plastic to protect my phone...???? Which didn't helped it...and after calling the service center they said they did not know any details regarding the spare parts availabity and costing that is rubbish.... Samsung Uh should be Replacing my Phone as uh are responsible for this.... as uh know there are still no good cover and tempered glass in the market but uh gave a piece of plastic to protect it thats insane guys.

bro my 31k a7 2016 slip from pocket after one month of purchasing i.e. in feb 2016 from 1.0 feet and br😣ke. samsung charge 10k for back glass +front screen and side chrome and camera they replaced in warranty after 4 days of billing.

3.6 k for screen and back glass are you joking . screen bill mere pass pada hai . a7 2016 ki screen 5410ki hai.

I cracked my S8 screen and got it fixed in Rs 550 only. Looks like I was smart enough to purchase insurance considering the glass fragility than ranting about service due to my fault !!

I have Airtel Secure plan.. it covers accidental and liquid damage and very good service. They bill me around 50 Rs per month. U can also check One Assist (Airtel has Actually partnered with them . And the directly cover theft also.).

Yes.. just enroll in device secure. after 15 days claim insurance faking the date of accidental damage.
