My Broken Note 8

I want to share that this 68K device just broked in threw days ... as it slipped from my pocket accidentaly... and the black glass is broken badly and my chrome is damaged it is not worth it.... and i am quite disappointed from the service of samsung ur cover which uh send in the box didnt saved my phone in anyways.... i m giving uh guys 68 K and uh are giving me piece of plastic to protect my phone...???? Which didn't helped it...and after calling the service center they said they did not know any details regarding the spare parts availabity and costing that is rubbish.... Samsung Uh should be Replacing my Phone as uh are responsible for this.... as uh know there are still no good cover and tempered glass in the market but uh gave a piece of plastic to protect it thats insane guys.

actualli i forgot to buy an insurance ... and even though there are no parts available and no info available... if they can even replace the chrome in warranty that would be very kind....

they wont buddy. I really feel bad for u. I know how it feels to see a new phone and that too best in market crack. I broke my S5 glass within a month and one day before my marriage so I know how it feels but I had to be 14000 to get it fixed. I was careful with my S6 Edge. I did drop it many times but it never cracked. last month I cracked my S8 but thankfully I had insurance and got it fixed . ( I typed this whole reply using Bixby dictation and its so dam cool. Though I don't know how to put full stop just by dictating and Bixby apparently doent know S6.. it typed Essex. lol. )

You cannot expect a fragile phone to act like a rugged one. The Note 8 uses glass just like the S8 and S8+. Even most of the other manufacturers use glass and because your phone has cracked and got damaged, Samsung ain't responsible for your accidental drop because it ain't included in the warranty. So don't act like you don't know that glass cracks.

i just know that samsung provided me a cover or uh can say a plastic sheet to protect it but it broked itself how would it protect an expensive phone.

bas yhi copy paste krte ho sir ya kuch aur bi likhte ho... poor services from samsung.... no reaponse i got till now and i posted two issues neither one is solved till now !!
