Media Output Toggle Button in Not Working

I I'm unable to access the Media Output Options as the but is not working. Please help me on this

Had this issue as well.  Check to see if your battery settings for media and devices is on restricted.  Mine was and once changed to unrestricted and rebooted, it is working again.

 Mine was still not working ,, done every suggested method clearing cache,, clearing data, change the battery option to unrestricted from optimised

even mine not showing "This device" option for media output
