Any way to roll back to previous software, or, reinstall the update manually? The latest update made it so my phone doesn't recognize the sim card---"No SIM" error. To fix it for now, I had to switch to the eSIM. But, I regularly travel internationally and need the SIM card to work, so I need a fix ASAP.

Samsung won't help you with this.
They will ask you to visit service center, service center will ask you to reset/take backup.

Sell your phone before situations become worse and buy another brand.

You wrote that in May. It is now July. Samsung update broke my phone. Nothing is changing. If customer service (just about anywhere) ever existed (I believe it did), it is a thing of the past. Very important to have phones by various manufacturers so that if one of them flubs a software update you will have at least one other phone to use.

Ooh this stuff is serious, I've heard about some people using Odin software to revert back to previous UI, you can search on YouTube about reverting One UI versions, there are lots of tutorials + some site like sammobile(if my memory is correct) provides firmware n UI versions for many devices. You could watch those tutorials to revert back.

This video might have some introduction but the main subject here is about smart switch, it might help🤗
