After updating the note 8 to recent updates in the past few months, the galaxy note 8 starts to lag a lot...have to restart the phone to make it work nomally..tried clearing cache...is samsung deliberately giving updates to slow down the phone?

yes..everytime i have to clear ram..but no use...same apps installed previously..but no lag before....now i have to restart my mobile more than 3 times a day to make it function normally..
