I recently updated my Galaxy Note 9 to Android 10 and One UI 2.0. And ever since the update my phone has been lagging a lot, apps are crashing and restarting on their own every 5 mins or so. I can't even scroll properly, it also heats a lot.
>Disable scheduled auto restart if available in your device. (Go to settings>>General management>>Reset>>Auto restart>>disable. >Clear the RAM memory of device (Scroll down notification panel > Setting> Device care >Memory> Clean Now). > Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).
>Run the device in Safe mode and check the issue.
