JIO 5G SA FOTA

Hello Members, 

I went through a few posts and found that the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra does not and will not support JIO's standalone 5G services. Is this true? Will my Note 20 Ultra not support JIO 5G? This is outrageous! I absolutely feel cheated.

I paid a lot of money and still paying EMI for this phone. What will be my next best step? Will filing a complaint in Consumer Forum help?

No you didn't feel cheated on your galaxy note 20 ultra just becoz in your area 5g services activated hopefully you have not received jio welcome offer from jio wait for it n enjoying your 5g service on your phone.👍🏻👍🏻

Unfortunately, JIO 5G is not going to come to Note 20 Ultra 5G.

Yes bro its true that jio it doesnot support jio 5g standalone...you may wait for airtel non standalone services

I don't want to use Airtel. I only use JIO. Samsung should be accountable, right?
