Issue in Note 9 after one UI version 2.5 update

After One UI 2.5 update my phone's mic is not working only during Incoming calls. After attending the call if I connect and remove my earphones, the mic starts to work in that call. I am facing this issue only during incoming calls.
Can anyone help me to fix this issue?

Do I factory reset and check if the issue is fixed or should I just visit SC?

factory reset is the only way to solve this issue...I tried all the ways like change the SIM but no use.. do factory reset.

To resolve the mic issue kindly follow below given steps:-


1. Disconnect all accessories plugged into the headphone jack like, selfie stick, headphone, Bluetooth, etc..
Remove any third-party case, protective films, or any other accessory that usually comes in contact with your device. (If any)


2. Reset the device and before resetting the device make sure to create data backup of your device via Smart Switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Settings > General Management > Reset.
