IP 68 rating for what?

As we all know all the flagships by samsung are IP68 complaint amd dust water resistant. But I noticed this tiny speck of dust today on my note8 sitting happily inside the lens cover right on the primary lens. See the photo attached. 
What this is causing is a really annoying glare in all photos when facing the light source. 
So either this speck was already in the phone, or entered it. Either ways this should not be the case. 
Any ideas community on how to remove it from there, other than taking it to the service centre ? I have tried putting the phone in vibration mode in hopes that the vibrations could shake the dust off but of no use.
Couldn't really believe of all the things this what I have to deal with in my cellphone 🤣

Get it removed from Samsung service center, and this is seriously weird !

I know! but at the same time I am also skeptical that in the process of removing it the guys at service centre may end up putting more dust in it, as service centre environment is literally not the cleanest place for this sort of a job needed such precision.
