How to blur a face?

Anyone know how to blur a face in a photo? I have taken many pics that have strangers faces in it, and I would love to know how to blur the faces to protect the privacy of people I don't know?

I am using a Galaxy Note 9

Hi Senothilene

You can only use the blur effect if you are taking a picture using the Live Focus effect. 

You may have to download a third party app to edit pictures with the blur effect
