How to avail Nevermind offer

I have purchased Note 8 on 21st OCT and also activated the device on 21st and also registered on My galaxy app. I got "Reedem your Free wireless charger" banner in My galaxy app but no Banner for Nevermind offer as said by the sales person of samsung showroom. Have i missed any step??? or do i have to do something else. Please guide me in this.

even I purchased a galaxy note 8 on 21st October,but still haven't received the free wireless charger banner?? I contacted the galaxy email team..sent them the invoice pic..the galaxy activation pic..still they just replied back saying that the device was activated on 22nd..wtf is this..can anyone guide me on how to proceed further??

I have received wireless banner third day of my purchase that is 24th. Have you logged into My galaxy app on 21st or 22nd. Also did u get Nevermind offer banner??
