Yes . App lock on Google play.

Bro delete these types of apps and download S SECURE from galaxy story. It is a trusted app developed by Samsung. I also use it . It is very nice and don't give such type of notifications.

You are using some third party app lock or your device is infected. Boot your phone in safe mode and check for unknown app. Then uninstall that app

How to boot phone in safe mode ....?????

1. Long press your power button.
2. You see options like POWER OFF , RESTART etc.
3. Then long press on power off and you'll see an option of safe mode.
4. Tap it and you'll enter in the safe mode.
5. To come out from the safe mode go to notification panel and a notification of safe mode will there so click it and the safe mode will turn off.
