My note 9 is getting little weird i don't know how.. but it is not responding properly some alarm is there .. and i am not able to off this bcz it does not appear on my screen.. can anyone help me on this..

Shutdown the phone wait for 30 secs and restart your mobile.

Then last resort is to factory reset. Take your data backup first. Something has caused this to happen in background.

clear app data of clock app from app info
or
clear system cache from recovery
follow this steps
power off your mobile
volume up + bixby + power to get into recovery mode
wipe cache partition
reboot system

Please, check notification reminder settings
or
check NFC
or
Check alarm settings or reminder settings(birthday/events)
or
settings>applications>click 3 dots>select reset apps preferences

this is a good option but it will reser all notification settings you had made for all apps. so you have to do the settings again for all apps.
