Is there any one who is also facing heating issue in Galaxy Note 9 after July security patch update?

I'm facing too much heat while watching videos on YouTube in 720p60fps & 1080p60fps

While playing pubg the battery is discharging very fast due to heat i mean too much heat while playing any game

The problem is started to appear after July security patch update not before 

I thought the problem will be solved in August security patch update but nothing happened

Please!!! Samsung fix this issue as soon as possible

but your device is old and battery degrades over time. I am a Galaxy user since s5 so I know that Samsung always slow down their phones after update. you should use wifi or mobile hotspot instead of mobile data while playing.
